It is "impossible" to hack in WoWs since the calculations are all made on the server side and NOT on the client side - you only get the results and your client displays the game accordingly. If you try to tell your game client to do something that does not match what the server calculated, it simply gets rejected. They say the hacker caused 9 million usd in damages to Wargaming. Now they prosecute this hacker (how many are still out there?). For years they kept repeating the mantra that aimbots and cheats were impossible because all data was stored on their server side. Obviously the damage must far outweigh the negative publicity that this causes for Wargaming.
